Vendor Fee & Commission
Commission: 10% of total sales
All vendor fees are non-refundable. Commissions are calculated from finalized sales totals and paid within 5 business days post-event
Market Transactions
Vendor-Managed Checkout: Vendor is responsible for their own payment processing and reporting final sales totals to the host within 24 hours
Booth / Area
Vendor will be provided a designated booth or vignette area within the warehouse.
Vendor agrees to:
Stay within their assigned area
Bring all necessary display materials
Maintain a clean, safe, visually appealing setup
Follow load-in and load-out instructions provided by the host
If you have specific space requirements please let the host know and we will do our best to accommodate
Setup & Breakdown
Setup: 8:00–11:00 AM
Market Hours: 11:00–6:00 PM
Breakdown: 6:00–8:00 PM
Vendor agree to arrive on time and remain for the full event duration.
